Small stake double up SnG hand, did I play wrong or just get unlucky?

So I lost this hand quite early in a low stake double up 6 person SnG earlier. It's been bugging me as to whether I played it right or not so I thought I would ask for some input. As a relatively small time poker player (only been playing here and there for 6 months or so) any help would be greatly appreaciated as to how to approach these situations.

Ok thanks. I just seem to be losing to a lot on the river today to people chasing so wondered if I was playing too passive pre-flop or getting my chips in too eagerly afterwards.

Yeah I'd bet bigger on the flop, maybe 600-700, but if he's gonna shove he's gonna shove and you can't fold it, and shouldn't fold it because you'll win 2/3 times.

Pretty standard just ul, like mentioned before, bet a little more for protection on flop, good luck!
