    I can't read the hand history above, however you need to remember that this is poker we're playing. Occasionally inferior holdings like pocket AA will suck-out on the 2d5d, nothing is guaranteed. 

    However I can assure you the luck always evens out in the long run, 2d5d will show a healthy profit over time :)

    Dont know what is going on with trying to post the hands, the software probably realised its mistake at not letting the 2d 5d win!!!

    Anyway the story was raised 2d 5d on the button, hit 2 pair and got beat by a straight :(

    Expected to fill up on the river but no such luck.

    I only went with it to try and show another example of the might of 2d 5d.

    Greg Merson, the 2012 WSOP ME winner, has obviously been reading this thread. He won a 312K pot with 2d5d on Day 4 of this years ME. The hand is 9 minutes into episode 4 if you're watching it on Youtube. He made an incredible river call with bottom pair on a very scary board.

    It's the nature of poker unfortunately, you have to embrace the variance, it's an unavoidable part of the game.

    Nothing is guaranteed, occasionally inferior holdings like premium pairs and strong aces will suck-out on the stone-cold nuts (2d5d). You must focus on the bigger picture and remember that over a large sample your 2d5d will return a big profit against that range.
