I went for a slight overbet when I hit trips because he did seem to be a bit of a station...

How do you play it?

Sizing is silly on the river, you will always get called here with a 7, now that's a given, but by over betting the pot you are making it unlikely to get called by worse, we are trying to get called by a random 6, 5, 4 here right? so you need to place a small v-bet on the river.

I like the bet on river tbh as alot of the A6 56 hands will think your bluffing the 7 and call and see the 8 lol! You can bet small as players without a seven could bluff you off alot of the time so check back or bet 3/4 upwards (I like the overbet)

BonB limped pot obv muddies the water here.

Dont hate going for some thin value on river tbh, think there is capacity to be called by worse - especially as played.  Maybe bit of an overlevel but only you knew the dynamic.

Youre putting up lots of hands bud, far more than I've ever seen you do.  Problems?

Nah no problems. These are all hands from my session last night and it was a +2BI session, but cash is one of the formats where I really think I have alot of room for improvement.

Don't post hands often cos I usually know what I've done wrong in other formats

I like sizing on the end. Its a thin value bet in my opinion. But I think your sizing can look like a busted draw and therefore I think the opponent is more likely to bluff catch With the pot being so small, I think betting over the pot is ok

b/f smaller on the river imo, the hands you want to get value from are 6x type hands that aren't going to be calling large bets on that board.

I wouldn't overbet the river on this board as played out but I would be looking for value.  I was pretty shocked to see a 7 turned over in the HH TBH, plenty of 6x hands to get some value from.

    B/F £1 IMO
