If you had a genuinely monster hand, would you really min-3-bet and risk taking it 3-handed to a flop? If you had AA or KK, surely you'd make a bigger raise trying to build the pot and get the lot in while your hand was at its strongest. As it is, you allow them to come along cheaply to a flop and invite them to outdraw you. Your min-raise makes it impossible to define their hands, too, so it's harder to play through the streets.

On the flop, if you're raising I think you should be raising more. Considering their stacks, you've got to be willing to get it in here, hoping to see drawing hands. If you get two folds, that's fine: Your hand isn't super-strong.

The alternative would be just to call and reassess on the turn. After a bet and a call on the flop, this wouldn't be too bad but I think it's best to raise while you're probably ahead.

3-bet bigger pre-flop is the main thing, though.

pretty awful pre - why are you trying to turn your hand into a REALLY big hand when you already have a big hand. That's like wow. What's the point. You made it too complex
    raise bigger pre

I just shove flop and get them both all in

You took the right line but your bet sizings were way off

Meaningless vs this type of villain.  Your making the assumption they are paying attention or thinking players to begin with, when odds are the opposite.

But even repping a huge hand, we basically say run with your equity and crack me please as cheaply as possible.

I'd prob prefer a flat pre here.

Such an ugly flop given pf action.  Vs 1 2 seats stacks I just shove and hope to isolate, but sometimes myeh fold flop.
