    There are a few ways you could approach this, here's what i'd be thinking about. Firstly i think you need to consider whether you are happy to stack off here. Against dclewis ~35bb stack and donk bet you probably should be, however you need to consider LJ's flat behind and the fact he is over 100bb's. LJ's flat could be anything from TP to 2pr to pair & oesd like 9 10 or the FD to the nut straight. 

    Here's where you need to employ a bit of knowledge on your history with LJ, is he solid, how does he value hands, could he expect you to squeeze often here and be trapping. Does he just want to get to showdon Vs lewis with a top pair type hand?? all these questions.

    You could either peel a card IP and hope for a brick and perhaps look to get it in against dclewis on turn. This also puts LJ in a tough spot if Lewis jams the turn. Depending on LJ's turn action we can re-evaluate.

    In general i would say raising here would be committing to getting it in & it will probably reduce the decision making on later streets, but would be quite a high variance play.
