Help, Latency issues

Need someone with tehcnical knowledge or experience to give some advice

I have one desktop PC and one laptop

Both are wireless connections to the same router

With no tables open or programs running both machines have a steady 35ms

desktop pc with 12 tables is still 35ms

laptop with:
one table = 46ms
two tables = 58ms
three tables = 79ms
four tables = 160ms

can't open up anything else after three tables as it just lags

how do I solve this
