Serial issue, looking for people who know a solution or people that suffer same issue.

OK every time a table break on an mtt the next hand on the new table i cant see my cards.

Proof:


As you can see from photo i have pre action buttons (although on my turn i dont) and it says reconecting afterwards.


Any ideas, i know its probably 72 most of the time but this is consistant, gna have a big hand one of these times. Although i refuse to look and HH id be sick if i had something.

 I have had this problem just 3 times, but each time I have been in the big blind, I did put a link to a pic but got no reply from Sky Poker!

 Ps I hope this doesnt just get dumped into "Comunity Help & Advice" without any reply from Sky as mine did!

I used to get a similar problem.

I initially resolved the issue (albeit temporarily) by turning off my Internet Security, but could never understand why it happened until sometime laters after many searches on the internet.

In the settings of my internet security, it was set to check for updates every hour and this was usually on the hour, it was also set to run a scan once a day, but mainly appeared to do it on the hour. I used Norton Internet Security at the time, but because it uses massive resources from the pc memory etc, I now use windows security essentials and have never experienced the problem since.

Have a quick look in your Internet Security Settings.

Happens all the time to me, happens on cash aswell.

I've contacted customer care and there response was amazing,  they asked my username 4 times, asked for my security question 4 times, told me no-one else has had this problem,  then told me it was obviously a fault at my end ......

THE EXACT SAME RESPONSE I GOT WHEN I REPORTED THIS AGES AGO HAVE HAD THIS PROBLEM ONAND OFF FOR AT LEAST 4 MONTHS
