Hi.

As I mentioned in another Thread ("Tournament Changes"), I promised to try & keep you aware, & updated, as to temporary Tournament Schedule & Guarantee changes.

So, tonight......

Tonight's 9pm £5,000 Guaranteed, £110 "Sky Roller" will NOT run.

And tomorrow.....

Friday evening's 9pm £4,000 Guaranteed £110 Bounty Hunter will NOT run.

These changes are confirmed for THIS WEEK only. They MAY revert next week, I'll try & let you know, alternatively, keep an eye on the Tourney Lobby.

Thanks.

This evening (as with the last 2 evenings), the 9pm (£22) & 9.30pm (£11) Bounty Hunters will both have reduced Guarantees, they will be £1,500, & not £2,000 as previous.

That is currently for this week only, it MAY revert next week, but I'll try & let you know.

As always, probably wise to check the Tourney Lobby BEFORE the Tourneys start,  please.

The £110 sky roller was dropped last week and this week aswell and now the £110 bounty hunter is being dropped a tournament which i love.  Why are sky dropping tournaments with great structures like these two.  I would love to see a lot more mtts like these 2 on here instead to come on today and find out that they are being dropped is dissapointing. At the momemt there is only 1 tournament worth playing each day on the site for serious mtt grinders the other tournaments on here are in my opinion just a bit of fun for small stakes players. Tournaments like these two should be able to attract people to the site and although i understand it is the summer and not as many peoople will be online surely sky should bear with it keep the tournaments to attract big mtt players from other sites to play them.

Agree,  just drop the gurantee.   2 £110 tournies a week would be enough to keep people happy.

Absolutely agree , it is usually the same 30/40 runners in these mtts anyway so no guarantee is needed.

Noted, guys, but it's pretty standard to use this method to concentrate liquidity.

What we need is a bit of snow......;)

Where is the Take On Tikay tourney? It's not in the lobby. Sort it out, Sky!

(ok I expected to see that within 24 hours of 'that thread' but it didn't happen... you's all a changin'!)

    Good morning.

Just a reminder, as I Posted on this thread yesterday, but tonight's £4,000 Guaranteed 9pm Bounty Hunter will NOT run.

As I noted yesterday, site traffic is affected by a whole myriad of things you might not even begin to suspect.

Bearing those in mind, I would expect that there is at least a 70% chance that those Tourneys cancelled this week will return next week, as various dynamics will change next week.

The goalposts rarely remain in the same place for long in Online Poker......

Thanks for the information Tikay, disappointing but understandable.  If you have a spare few nano seconds could possibly reply to post in the tournament thread?  Many thanks.  The flow of information certainly improves when you are around!
