Basically final 3 of a bounty hunter. Very passive opponents and this hand crops up.

River desison, do we b/c c/f or c/c. I dont think b/f is an option given my stack in comparrassion to the pot.

I understand this is a 'wet' board.. but when you have top set it's not so important. I mean if you discount made straights AJ & J9, then any hand can only have 8 outs against you.

The river is disgusting though ul

It is horribly weak but a check fold is probably good, unless you think he is good enough to turn pairs/ 2paris into a bluff.

Yeah i wasnt that worries about flop and turn. I was bet calling off on either of those 2 streets. Really just want to focus on the river and you say its disgusting.

Why have you bet so small on the flop??
Bet bigger somewhere around 75% to 110% of pot, I prefer overbetting here tbh on such a wet flop as so many hands will hit that flop. May play out the same but would allow an overshove on the turn. As played shove or check fold. Because of the bet on the flop he could easily have a hand without an ace here e.g KQ KJ KT QJ QT aswell as easily having a weak ace AQ AT etc you have already put 16bugs in with 20 behind so if you are happy to fold a nd confident you can rebuild do so if not bluff :)

don't understand the small bet sizing, 3 handed flop is fanstatic for you and hits oppo range to get chips across the line as quick as possible - now the board has run out like we are very deep and we consider c/f

lets get ourselves commited by turn plz thanks

Your bet on the flop needs to be easily 1000+, I probably go about 1250

If you do that, the turn is a jam.

Hmm odd spot.  Do we really put oppo on A or 9 here given line?  Passive player going to station us at turn w/ a gutshot?  Maybe pr and gutshot.  Would far expect to see 2pr here rather than BW or a 9.

I also open flop bigger to GII on turn.

As played hope he checks back 2prs on river.  When he doesnt, make a judgement call.
