Timed tournaments

Why are there so many? They seemed to have replaced what would have been the £150/200/250 guarantees. The guarantees are much better and now there are hardly any. The timed tournaments are not any good, I don't really think they can be classed as 'poker' much more bingo based. There seems to be a real lack of tournaments at the moment on sky.

    hi m8,
tbh i was only havin a laaf.
i don't know much about tournies as i have never played them.
obviously you lot know more than me so i sympathise with you if your favourite ones have been stopped.
guess though that sky must have their reasons for making any changes.
    :)

    hi Mike,
tbh it was my brother Mark(snugs1963),who suggested that i try them
as he has been playing them for a while.
think he won about £70 odd this w/end just gone playing £3 & £5 so i played 1 last night & 2nd one just now.

still will continue with my dym challenge & add in timed tournaments as & when.
do like them though, but i guess anyone would with 2 descent cashes from 2 played lol.
let's see how i feel about them in say a months time?
    have you played any?
    :)
