Good morning.

There will be some important changes to a couple of things today, & I'll Post the details very shortly.

One will be to the way the Satellites to the SPT Grand Final are run and structured, the other will concern Late Registration.

More info on both later today, as soon as I have it.

For now, please be aware that this morning's 10.30am Bounty Hunter, due to start at, I think, 10.30, will have LATE REGISTRATION.

Yet the Lithuanian teenager who beat her PB by over 3 seconds to win last night escapes suspicion because she's trained in the UK?

the latest news about the swimming is that they have now found a fault in the construction of the pool.  apparently there is a 12cm drop over the 50 metre length of the pool which means that the chinese girl was swimming downhill, hence the fast time.

they have also found a similar problem with the rowing course at eton-dorney where they have discovered a "ridge" half way along the course which means they row uphill for 1,000m before reaching the brow of the hill.  the final 1,000m is a lot quicker.

Heard today that the Chinese have been doing tests to genetically modify DNA so urine/blood tests are useless as a way of finding cheats in sport. Perhaps we should just allow them to do whatever they want then the country with the cleverest scientists can win everything.
