Free-rolls don't work

I have just tried to register for th daily free-roll at 10:00am but it has said u hav failed to register, can someone explain why this has occured.

EDIT: this is the message that comes up, "Failed to register for tournament: OB_ERR_OVS_UNKNOWN_RESP", this is really bad as i was looking forward to getting in some practice on this format and moving on to paying properly when im experianced.

    i have no idea why it occured, but u would be better starting an online chat, it is on the left under 24 hour support, it will start a msg session with someone that can help u.

    dont you need at least 10 poker points to play in the free roll, maybe you didnt have the 10 points
