    In this spot i doubt he's ever folding but youve played it pretty bad (IMO!)

    Bigger raise after his gay post flop "bet", bet the turn and if you are worried about him having KQ then just call the river ... (which id never do in that spot id doubt) Cant do much after the river but alot could have been done post flop and post turn. Saying that, i doubt he gets away from it if you do raise bigger post flop and do bet the turn as he will think he's good too.
