I posted the same issue in a different thread. Maybe a growing occurence but most wont follow it up.  Im getting no reply to my question on it, so obviously not interested in us losing our money unfairly due to poor software design.

To be fair to them they have on numerous occasions informed the forum users that this is not the place to receive support. You need to contact Customer Services.
