Adobe Flash accept / deny message

Anyone know how I can stop it appearing and asking to store sky poker info on my computer.
The message kept appearing and when I clicked deny it froze the screen stopping me from playing.
Probably not the right place but has anyone else solved the problem?

    i'm no expert buddy,
    but i think adobe flashes up when it has up-dates for your benefit & u should just press accept.
    it only takes a few seconds to load & then that's it.

    Right-click something Flash based (eg a Youtube video), choose Global Settings and select the option to allow sites to save information on this computer.
