Why is there two breaks in 10 mins in a freeroll, a 3 min break at 45 mins past then the standard 5 min at 55 mins past???

    This is to allow for the add-on period.

    The 3min break after 45mins is to enable players to add-on. The 5min break after 55min is the standard rest break.
