QQ on very dry flop

Am I losing value by betting that big on such a dry board? With it being 3-way I didn't want to allow any people outdrawing me cheaply.

Or is it just one to write off as 'if they're calling, they're calling. If they aint gonna call, the aint gonna call any bet'?
