qualifying for a satellite which doesnt get enough runners???

I qualified for the 9.45 20k roller semi but it didnt even make 5 runners so the event didnt take place..
surely i should recieve the £24 buy in fee? as it doesnt show in my account.. any ideas on this?

you shouldn't get the £24 cash. You should however be entered into the same qualifier at another time

but it was for the 9.45 event tonight i can only play once or twice a week so surely i shouldnt be entered into an event i cant participate in???

I've never had this situation before, I'd suggest contacting Customer Care

Yeah you should definitely be able to enter the same £24 satellite at another time of your choice. Speak to Customer Care

Idk how sky work but I'm pretty sure there's no chance of getting it in cash

No you only get back the amount you paid to get into it. Which in our case would be the sattilite cost, Im sure CS will put  anoe next to your name and you just have to contact them to which night you want to be entered.

hi m8, nah u wont get the cash but if you go to live chat on poker or phone customer care, they will put u into the satelite of your choice, hapened to me quite a few times

speak to CC, as it's obv not your fault that the sat didn't run, they should pay you out the £24. If you speak to someone who sounds like they don't understand, just ring back up and try again, eventually you will get to speak to someone who knows what they are talking about.
