Am I right to raise the flop here?

The only reads I have are that he seems to play ALOT of hands, sometimes 3x'ing, sometimes limp/calling. Wide range pre but only seems to continue through the streets when he's got the goods.

Well I was torn between raising and flatting myself (hence the post). I think if I flat I can still probably get stacks in by the river if he has any sort of decent hand, and there are practically zero turn cards that are gonna scare me.
