Hi all.
pre-flop a 6 seater table is dealt 12 cards so we have 40 left in the pack
pre-flop a 10 seater table is dealt 20 cards so only 32 left in the pack
1. How much does a 10 seater effect our connected & paired holding card odds? (Based on the above)
2. How do we play our hands in a full ring (10 Seater) compared to a 6 Seater?
a. More aggressive. b. Less aggressive, c. Tight aggressive etc.
Narrowing our Range
3. What holding cards would we be throwing away mid position in a 10 seater, that we may be playing in a 6 seater? or would this still very much depend on the action before us.
4. Should we approach full ring games much differently to 6 max?
I'm sure I have my own way of playing either one (rightly or wrongly) and i'm not entirely sure how relevant some of the questions i've asked are tbh, but i'm very curious to know how other players approach the two different types of format and have a little discussion on strategies etc.
I really love the 10 seaters but rarely cash in them, i'm probably raising hands I should be folding or folding hands I should be raising, too much early aggression or not enough aggression in the right spots etc.
Problem is, there's just not enough 10 seaters on here to try different strategies with and I really think it would help with my own and others players live games which tend to be mostly full ring.

it does mean that its correct to play tighter from early position as its more likely for someone behind us to have a good hand as there are now 8/9 other people in the hand rather than just 5. so we are going to win preflop less often than in 6m
hands like AJ/AT/KJ low-mid suited connectors you should probably fold in early-mid position in 10max. even small pairs can/should be folded
Thank you for your input, its very much appreciated from a player of your standard.
I'm trying to improve my play, in & out of position, but I find it much harder to get my holding cards through on a 10 seater such as the Orfordable Deepstack, to a point where I feel like i'm folding everything other than KK/AA or go the complete opposite way and raise every mid/high pockets & connected and just leaking a whole bunch of chips without any real aim atm.
So I really do appreciate you taking the time to give some advice.
