New All in sat's are they worth it?

Hi all

Recently i've had a few shots at the new all in sat's sky have started this past week or so to no joy may I add and was wondering on what everyones opinions where. I myself think it's not a bad idea and a good way to save a yourself a few quid if you can run good, but i can't see them beening very popular here and i'll tell you why.

I've came across these before on other sites (none shall be mentioned) and have noticed that they are quite popular most likely because of the great value involved but mainally because of one major difference in there structure compared to here and that was they where heads up all in's not 6 handed which in my eyes is FAR more appealing because there's more chance of winning the hand and moving on which I think sky should think about doing aswell.

I am interested to see if anyone else shares my opinion's here or has any other ideas on how to improve this or even if you think it's fine how it is.

Cheers Chris

It's just fixed odds betting with a small house edge.

    They're a good addition imo.

No it wouldn't only a couple quid at the end of the day and the point i'm tryin to make is would it be more popular heads up or not because by my calculations the odds would be more in your favour having to win 2 or 3 hands heads up then 1 6 handed

The one major flaw in your plan is this...

120 runners join (for example) so 20 tables, after each table plays a hand, you're down to 20 players, now 4 tables of 5, you play another hand and you're down to 4 runners, 1 more and you win.

Your method... 120 runners, win a race, down to 60, win a race, down to 30, win a race, down to 15, win a race down to 7/8, win race, win a race etc etc.

So while you're odds are better in each individual hand, you have to win alot more hands. Most of these seem to be winner takes all as well. As Doh said it's just an even gamble + a bit of rake, they're fine if you fancy a little gamble but obviously you can't win longterm.

This is why they have made this structure, because people like it.
