Not Being Able to SEE CARDS!!!

This is a problem I am experiencing more and more, twice already today.
I know others experience this as I see the comments in the chat box.
It usually happens when the tables are balanced or possibly when everyone is moved to a new table.
The only way I know to get round this is by closing the table and launching the event again.
However this is not a fix as it inevitably costs me chips and as with the last occasion, puts me on tilt, when the table re-opens and show a pair of aces sitting in front of me, but won't let me participate until the next hand!
This by the way is the first hand of the final table for the 3.00pm £22bh event!
I am not doing or using anything different, I use the download version and IE.
Any advice or assurances that the problem will be resolved would be much appreciated, thank you.
