Just to put your mind at rest this has been discussed many times before and there is clear mention of this in the UK tax guide and at present there is no tax liabality.
It is also not not likely to change due to the fact most players are losing money and the goverment do want to open a can of worms of a flood of people putting in refund cliams for losing.
Of course with online poker very easy to show any investergation where the money has come from

i wouldnt search through all the forum pages to see if someone has asked a question i want to know id rather put it out there for an answer dont see why you needed to reply with this tbh seems a bit akward with poster for no reason

Ok sorry, for some reaosn i thought he was new to the site. But looking back i can see he has 200+ posts. This is the 1st time iv said some thing like this as i thought i was being helpfull. Do you not see the amount of topics get made saying when do i get my c4p? @ rungood questions like this and obv ones that are bound to be asked already just search is all i mean. no harm intended. sorry if i offended some people.
