my preferences wont save

this isnt a huge issue but its starting to bug me.

i got a new computer 2 weeks ago and since downloading the sky software onto it i havent been able to save my selected preferences to the client. the main issue i am having is with the sound.

i usually have my computer muted when playing but theres times i stick in the earphones to listen to some music to drone out some house noise. heres where the problem arises. i have on numerous occasions went into the settings features to turn off all sound in the main menus of the client only to then find when a tables boots up my preferential settings has been ignored. this is rather annoying when you have 12 tables opened and all the sound interactions are going off all at once and becomes a pain in the backside going thru all the tabl;es individually to knock the sound off.

ive just logged on changed the settings yet when i open a table all the sound has been restored to each table.

anyone else having these problems or have any idea why i am?

any help greatfully appreciated

this is a long shot but..

open 1 table, change to preferred options, click save my settings.

if this doesn't work right click the program icon on your desktop and go to properties, compatability and make sure run as administrator is ticked.

I can vouch that it doesn't work. Hence my post that belsibub linked to. That got no replies :( Ive tried reinstalling, rolling back Adobe Air to previous update and nothing has worked. On top of that I'm unable to search for players or load My Tables unless I do it in IE. Run as administrator doesn't have any effect either.

im not experiencing those other problems that you have mentioned, its just the sound.

i did have a small gripe when playing on a cash table yesterday where it didnt recognise my balance and was unable to top up at the table despite having plenty available, it was only the 1 table(i tried numerous times) but was able to top up at another i was sat at during this period.

as i said its a minor grievance but i never had this trouble on my old system
