It was great to win last week but I think you should mention that the tourney tokens can only be used in mulitples of £5.50 I "wasted" some of last weeks winnings because I entered a £1.50 tourney and it debited £5.50 of my tokens.

Also it doesnt mention any where that you cannot play Sky Poker on an iPad because it uses Flash Player which doesnt work on an iPad, i missed the start of one tourney and about a dozen hands because I had to dig out and fire up a laptop. Any chance of a Sky Poker iPad app in the future?
    Cheers,
    Trevor

    Sky_Jordon thanks for the prize.

I'm not complaining about winning the token exactly but to re-iterate what Tango posted above players need to be aware that the awards are in blocks of £5.50

But more important is that the token will be automatically used in full on the next games you play. You do not have a choice when you use the token.

So for example if you enter a 0.50 sit and go as the next game after you have received the award then one of your £5.50 tokens is used IN FULL.

I assumed that I would receive an £11 token to be used on a MTT of my choice at a time of my choice.

Goodness knows how you know when the tokens are credited as I didn't receive a notification. So if in the middle of low cost sit and goes the next  games you play uses the £11 token

................This is not the first time this has happened and tbh it really tilts players off when they get caught out.
Would be great if sky could follow the lead of other sites and allow the player to be asked "Do you want to use Token" when registering for a game.

.....This really could do with sky having a re-think so that it can be put to bed once and for all.......otherwise it will forever keep cropping up with the same unhappy bunnies and will prevent customers and cc having a lot of wasted time and energy.

.........Ps: please don't misunderstand my comments, if it sounds as if I am anti the freebies then you're wide of the mark, quite the opposite.........just trying to get a resolution to an annoying ongoing problem for everyone concerned.

    Hi all,

Thanks for the feedback. I will have a chat with the rest of the guys next week and see if we can credit this some other way. (I have an idea!)

    I'll keep you informed.

    Sam.
