hit n runners (rant alert)

i apologize in advance but i just need to let of a bit of steam for 5 mins.
i just had possibly the worst hour of poker that i can recall. ive managed to drop 7 buyins at the cash tables in that time. the money isnt the issue before people jump on the bandwagon, i made 1 bad call, ran ak into aces on another occasion and got my money in way ahead every other time and got done up like a kipper. as i said a bad session. this i can live with as it happens
i had noticed over the last few days people were hitting n running a lot, well it was highlighted more to me within this mini session. i had at least 12 people sit down shortish(30-60bb), double thru me after getting lucky when i was dominating hand, make a snide comment about my play, and leave before the nxt hand is over.
to me this seems a growing trend, and this evening i think i let it get to me a little.i logged off before tilt fully occured. i expect a few doing this if im honest but i was amazed at just how many were willing to do this and in a short space of time, guess this is the new strategy for beating the micros lol.
i just need to jot down some words to get things out of my system, none of the above no doubt makes no sense what so ever to anyone bar me.
now for a few deep breathes and i think thats me back to a level head.
to those that hit and done a runner on me, spend it wisely and theres always a seat at my tables.

playing poker for short term success is never going to work, chill buddy )
i gotta take heart from the fact that despite that hour im still even for the day:)
Its the short stacks that keep hit n running and this was my reason for asking for what i did
it's just a bad night /day at the office m8...it happens.
i tried shorting on another site a while ago and it can work.
i've seen a number of regs that do it,night after night playing 8 tables.
it is very hit 'n miss poker though as i found out.
is it profitable?,maybe 4 some.
tomorrows another day m8,and you'll be fine again i'm sure.
you want those players to return again,trust me.

aq v aj the guy bolted nxt hand, same with aa v 22, 99 v 82, ak v a7 etc i was always ahead. i aint bleating about losing them ive had short periods of insaneness like it before and will again.
it could have been their loss, if they stuck around i could have lost more to them the cooler i was on
