Would just like to point out that I'm quite new to sky poker, I have had an account for a while but very rarely use it. But while playing in a speed rebuy, down to the last two players and the site goes down its very frustrating, and doesn't look good for a newbie. So while I loose complete connection to sky poker, as did everyone else my account is still playing on. Sorry sky but I was very disappointed with this. Even though I came first in the tourney it still shouldn't have happened

    Neil the only way to resolve this is to contact Customer Care all the details are HERE
