I thought the comments & feedback on the SUPER ROLLER "how many entrants?" thread was wonderful, so it's next case now - the SPT 6-Max in Nottingham the weekend after this.

The Guarantee is £30,000, so it needs 150 runners, & we currently have 56, see below......looks like the makings of a "Who's Who" of Sky Poker this one.

The event is on Saturday 13th October - that is Saturday of NEXT week, at 2pm.

The Venue - DTD - have told us they are capping the Entry at 150, so once the 150 seats are gone (fingers crossed...) that's it.

We will try & prevail upon them to open up more seats, but the finances of running a 6-Max event - "more dealers per player" - mean they MAY not do so.

The nightly Semi-Finals were suspended last week, to make room for the SUPER ROLLER Sats, but as & from today, they revert to every night.

Should be a fun weekend, & there will be the usual Sideys on Friday, Saturday & Sunday. (The SPT 6-Max is a Two Day affair).

    Orf we jolly well go......

    Misread Alert

    I Posted this above......

"....The Venue - DTD - have told us they are capping the Entry at 150, so once the 150 seats are gone (fingers crossed...) that's it....."

I now gather that was a misread, & in fact the Cap is 240.  My apology things.

    More seats to sell, then.......

Wow, I know it's a massive place, but would have thought 240 would be a struggle when it's 6-max with all the extra tables.

88 is the sixth number as you count up that is the same when written upside down

It's also how many entries are currently in the SPT Six Max

In addition to the nightly semis, There will be two "winner takes all" Satellites tonight, again tomorrow, & again on Thursday (8.45 & 9.40).

They each have a £6 entry tag, and are capped at 40 runners.

Today will be the penultimate day for SPT 6-Max satellites & direct buy-ins.

After Thursday evening's satellites, the Lobby will be closed, & no further entries will be possible, as the names have to be sent across to the Venue & inputted into their system.

If you are planning to attend this weekend's SPT 6-Max, please remember to read (in advance!) the "Briefing Notes" which are posted HERE

At almost every SPT, one or more players get turned away by the venue becasuse they have not read these briefing notes, & nobody wants to see that happen, so please make sure you are familiar with the drill.

    Thanks.
