as i read it
the reciept says norrkoping and kalmar to win
despite Norrkoping winning 2-i and Kalmar 1-0 sky havent paid out customer dervice says

The reason you have not got any winnings from this is due to you picking the two teams that lost the games. You had a double for Landskrona BoIS U21 to win but they lost 1-0 and IFK Göteborg U21 to win who lost 2-1. As this is the case it is a losing bet I'm afraid.
