what do we think of betting the turn here? i bet for value against ak or any underpairs in hind sight looks abit small but then the huge overshove comes in confusing but an easy fold. Do we still think betting the turn with just tp on this board in a 3bet pot is ok? should bet bigger or check as have shodown value? thoughts pleased found villians line stange not sure what he has/trying to prepresent

I wouldn't want to reopen the betting on this turn. If I have the best hand with TPTK here, I don't know what hands I'm going to be able to build a big pot against that don't have alot of equity against me. I'd just be happy to control the pot size and not allow wudibluff to put me in a really tricky position by raising the turn or by leading big on the river.

There's some merit to the argument that we should be charging drawing hands but those drawing hands are unlikely to fold here and will frequently bluff the river when they miss, if we check the turn. I don't think we lose much value by checking the turn and I don't really want to be looking for three streets of value on this board with just top pair.

If I was at the table I might end up betting it myself, though. lol

i would say he's got the nuts.

it's becoming standard for some people to value bet flop, check turn on scary board to induce a bluff to get more value

Not suggesting u should fold pre, but checking turn seems a good idea when above is the case
