Download not working for me

Download would not open for me about 30 minutes ago have tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it 3 times now to no avail.  When i click on sky poker on my desktop nothing is happening.  Is this happening to anyone else?

    Sometimes it doesn't open for me a few times but usually by like the 5th attempt it works. Once I had to just log off and on again which worked.
