    never had that on bt,bingo or poker m8 . best run yr antivirus and malware progs

    best thing is to ring Customer Services see if they can confirm it's genuine before you do anything IMO

    You may be 100% assured that this "pop-up" had ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with Sky Bet, Sky Poker, or ANY agency representing Sky Betting & Gaming.

    Ignore such pop-ups, ALWAYS, & whatever you do, never click them or supply any details.

    Nobody from Sky Poker or Sky Bet will ever or has ever sought such information via "pop-ups". 

    I would suggest you consider getting your Software Security suite checked or upgraded.
