chat and forum ban

Can anyone tell me how long a chat/forum ban will last as a friend of mine has been banned for some reason not sure why but they wanted to know how long it will last

    Your mate will have been sent an Email telling him he's banned and for how long.

    When the ban has run out, they need to contact CC to have privalidges reinstated, it will not happen automatically.

    I was sent an email by her today as she has not been able to post on the tables or forum and all her posts do not show her posts if that makes any sences she was not told by sky or had any emails to say she has a chat ban. Sorry Lambert but she does not want her name put on here sure you understand

    my ban was indefinite, but they said they would review it in a week. same for someone else involved in the same issue.  After the week my ban was lifted, his wasn't
