Won ticket to 5k Bounty hunter, can't find ticket and wasn't registered for main tournament

Won my ticket but too late to register, no prize given as far as I can see.

I've tried chat half a dozen times. It never ever works, just go round in circles - it's a bit frustrating. Any ideas on how I can successfully contact sky or even locate my ticket?

It's ok, got through to chat support, Sky will deal with it tomorrow.
