If he's never bluffing then the flop is a really easy fold.

Take players names out when you post imo.

When he c/r flop and leads turn for pot this is immensely strong OOP, cbet/fold flop, def fold turn.

I don't mind the call on the flop since the flop is pretty draw heavy and some players might x/r on this flop with a draw. Even the tightest players should know that semi-bluffing with broadway heart hands on this flop is +ev. But you should be calling to evaluate the turn. The Qh is pretty much the nut worse hand if you are putting him on a draw. Although you have improved to two pair you haven't really improved vs his likely range. He either had a set on the flop, or a semi-bluff, or an ace (unlikely if you think he is v tight). On top of that the flush just hit, the straight probably got there and the villian just bet full pot! definatly folding now. The only way you are going to win now is if an ace or queen hits on the river.
