Is anyone else having trouble with the download??

As I can't get it to load, have tried about 20 times and no luck! :(

    I have this a lot.

I would uninstall it and install it again if I was you--seems like an error in the program

I've been having the same troubles since around 3 or 4 updates ago.

Before then a clean uninstall and reinstall would sort it but not anymore.

Sometimes it will launch on first attempt, other times it can take dozens of attempts.

anybody else ever not been able to download it at all? delete and reinstall air but whenever i click the download button it says

The application could not be installed. Try installing it again. If the problem persists, contact the application author.

online help solution was if it works thorugh the browser just use that...

de-install it from your pc, then try again using a diff browser. ie if chrome 1st time try intexplorer next time.

ending all instances of skypoker.exe from the process list from the task manager can sometimes help

Makes no difference when this is done now.

It's also nothing to do with the browser you're using as the download client works on it's own.

Oh do you mean the error in downloading the software? Yes it came up with an error in Firefox for that and worked ok in Safari for me.

I thought you meant it stopped the problem with launching the software once installed.
