cannot launch down load version

hi. cannot seem to launch this version through . tried through browserchrome,fire fox IE. no joy. tried uninstalling & installing no joy.deleted cookies & br history, no joy. can you help? thanks.

    It's an ongoing problem for me too.

    Tried everything you have tried and sometimes it takes several attempts to launch.

    The only solution it to keep closing it down and trying again, it eventually launches for me anyway.

    I sometimes get that if I come out of mini view for some reason.

    I've found if you change table size and go back it sorts it out.

    So you'd need to change to mini view then go back to full size and the avatars usually appear.
