What price "business" at the sharp end?!

If you were level in chips, roughly level in ability, & got heads up, & the prizes were....

    2nd - €56,500

    WINNER - €100,000

.......would YOU want to do some business?

If so, given the paramaters I set out, what deal would you suggest?

75K each & play for the 6.500 to decide the outright winner :)

Because you aint gonna get HU in major events that often, and it's SO top heavy, I think I'd have to go for the win, knowing 2nd place is hardly gonna leave you feeling too disappointed.

If for some reason I was forced to deal, I'd be happy to go maybe 49/51 if I got the win/trophy, assuming everything truly was even.

EDIT: If we're playing on then yeah 75k each + change and trophy for winner.

    Yes, probably!

I would suggest €75,000 each and play on for the extra €6,500 and the trophy!

Not a great fan of deals but if, under those conditions, I was offered a straight 75k each and play for the change and trophy, I'd probably take it.

Now imagine we are Heads Up - same paramaters - & you find Q-Q.

It goes raise - re-raise etc.

The Villain shows you his A-K (assuming he is allowed to).

We have to go All-In, & he has to call.

    Right? Obv, right.

So we go to a €53,500 Flip.......

Be pretty neat to hold. But if that A or K rivered........

    A €53,500 flip is quite something. ;)

If we shout"HOOOOOOOOOOOOLLLLLLLDDDDD" and "ONE TIMMMMMMMMMMMMEEEEE" our QQ is bound to win right? :)

Either that or tikay will shoot us :)

I want the QQ, as long as I get that, I'm happy.

.... Despite the fact the hand that crushed me and stopped me cashing (imo) at SPT Blackpool was QQ v AK aipf and me losing.

    Even if I had AA v 7/2 on a A 2 10 flop, I would still take the chop v thewy.....he never loses a flip, does he?
