Why only 1 10nl hu table?

Hey, iv just returned to play a bit and was wondering why only 1x 10nl hu table? Even if one is full another does not spawn. Yet at 20nl. there is 1 HU table which is full and 2 20nl HU tables have already spawned.(hope that made sense).

Any way any chance of getting 10nl hu tables to spawn more? I know there was changes within the cash game.

    i know they used to re spawn. because 10nl the max hu tables was 4. but tables dint spawn yesterday.
