Just wondering now that a certain site is back (not sure if im allowed to name them ) does it mean that all american players can now play back in america? or does it just mean they get there money back

They will get their money back eventually, though they'll have to go a claims process which is still being set up.
Online poker like we know it in the UK remains a no-no in the US for the foreseeable future. I hear some states are moving towards licensing online poker within their state. If they get it off the ground obviously player pools will be fairly small. Federal laws will have to be changed before the big international poker sites can operate in the US again.
