Do you actually click the "Save settings" bit at the bottom of the options? That should save it for ever and ever and ever and ever.

    Hi Ben,

I'm not sure that is a problem for Sky Poker to fix, if I understand you correctly.

As Charles noted, have you tried "Save Settings"?

Unless something unusual is amiss, that's it, job done.

    Hope that cures the problem.

This should increase the over all volume of pc but not a real fix for problem. It just makes the most of what volume you are getting.

    Excellent, works for me.

For others I had to do the following to get into the settings since my Win 7 setup isn't a regular install.

    Click START
in the "Search programs and files box" type VOLUME
    Click "Adjust system volume"
    Click the speaker Icon
    Click the Enhancements tab
    Tick Loudness Equalizaion
    Click OK
