    Yes this is a bad beat but he did have an over card to start with. You would lose this about 3/10 times. I'm pretty sure you would of been on the other end of a situation like this in the past? I know I have many a time. Just gotta take the bad with the good. Atleast you can say "I played that hand the best I could"
