Hey folks,

 Hope you are super well?  I hope you have surived the rain. That ark I talked about building a while ago seems like a good idea again! 
Tomorrow night the Sky Poker Sofa is pleased to seat  the gorgeous and talented Jen Mason and from 8pm British poker prodigy Dan Carter,  who has a serious amount of poker experience under his relatively young belt. 

His poker ambition:

'I don't care how much I win or lose, as long as I can make a living off this game for the rest of my life.'

    Great to see we have a New Zealand rugby union legend on the show in Dan Carter. I hope this is part of a cunning plan from the England rugby camp to keep Mr Carter up late tonight in the company of two ladies to tire him out before the big game on Saturday. What do you mean wrong Dan Carter?  Ok I may of made a small mistake here. Sorry!

    My poker ambition is simple. Finish the game with a smile on my face. Win or lose having fun is the most important thing for me.

    Now then Anna and Jen, there is a thread on the forum organising Heads-Up grudge matches between forum regulars. If you two could face anyone in a grudge match, who would it be? Would it be each other? Here's your chance to call out your "enemies".

    I assume Mr Carter doesn't have a grudge against any Sky player but if he does, please do tell.

    Can you show this hand in the clinic?  Its from Sunday's Mini Bounty Hunter.  

    Do you think I'm levelling myself here?

    The turn is a bad card to barrell on but I'm very surprised to see a check from my opponent.  I thought he would bet most of his range.  On the river I think I have some showdown equity and if I'm honest I expect him to check it back.  When he bets 1/3 pot it confuses me.  Maybe its because I haven't played tournaments for a while but I thought it was so small and his line confused me so much I had to call.  Looking back now it looks a bit spewy.  What do you think?

    Good evening to the Two lovely ladies and to Dan as well.Anna my question for Jen and Dan is what do they think of the standard of play on Sky Poker compared to other sites.

    Whatever they think of the standard of play i have to say the community aspect of Sky Poker is superb.I would like to thank all the people who have helped me since i joined the site.

    Now that i have been  on the site for a while I of course now try and help any new players if i can, and i think this communnity spirit makes Sky Poker unique.

    Winning the £5k BH or the weekly £2 DTD mean both the same to be - although the wife prefers the former.
