    Yep. Looks like it.

Report it. Let customer care (or whoever) look into it.

Had an email last night saying that it would be looked at within 4 hours (maybe longer during busy periods).
    Haven't heard anything since!

    hI Vespa

I it involves the same two players and people are doubtful that sky will do anything then let's monitor it ourselves by naming the players and checking if they are playing the same tables. They can play as long as they are on different tables. I say name them as the game is hard enough without slimy characters having an advantage in taking my money. This looks like a £3.30 DYM as Lawr tends to play these.
Definite action needs to be taken. Name and Shame!!! Or at least leave a clue to their identities even first letters of their names would be a help, if you inadvertantly were playing them and noticed something fishy. Makes my blood boil.

    Hi ya mate
Don't think it would be right to name n shame as Sky have said they're taking action.
I will be keeping an eye on them don't worry.
If i see them at the same table again i will name them !
    Yes it was a DYM.
    Cheers

Right to not 'name and shame.'  Super right to report it.  Collusion is a nightmare to prove but you seem to have found the most obvious case of it I've seen in ages.  You've only got a small sample size so I wouldn't expect Sky to crash down on them now but they will defo be taking a close look at them in the future.
