frustrated at 2.30 AM

just a note to pay tribute to all at sky poker customer service. i was awake last night and just couldnt get back to sleep so decided to enter the £100 guarantee starting at 2am. after half hour had tech difficulties and was frozen out seems there was a prob my end duhhhhh!! tech suggested a few fixs this morning and have entered me into game again. i felt the need to write just to thank tech for their prompt and efficient service , and their easy going no fuss fix. they have left 1 happy customer
