Its official multitabling has entered the live poker scene.  It started at the Aria in Las Vegas on Wednesday.  2 dealers 2 games running at once.  Awesome news for live poker imo and hopefully casinos around the world take up upon this idea.  http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=qYJThbZOA34

It was a fail on the launch day apparently, I was listening to a poker podcast who had a reporter there, a few hours after the table launched there were only two players seated and they were refusing to play each other heads-up.

It looked horrible to be honest but gamblers want to accrue/lose money quicker, don't they. When will people learn that 'speed of win rate' isn't condusive to enjoyment or even success. Good luck to 'em. Rather sad, i think.
Either play live with all that that entails or go online with gazillions of tables to quote "dampen your variance". Why can't we have two seperate entities instead of trying to merge them together. It only helps the casinos. Thank god i'm not addicted!!

play online if you want to play more than one table, live players want to donk about as slowly as possible putting in as little thought as possible.

I think this will be a big break though for live poker i just think it will take people time to get used to.

I personally don't think it'll get anywhere. Is fine the way it is. Obv doing this creates more rake for the room but is just awful

Looks absolutely shocking and not surprised it seems to have failed.

I dont think it can fail on the 1st day people need to give it a chance.  Surely it can only be good as you will be able to play 2 tables live now when playing 9 handed live card dead can be really boring unless your in Vegas getting drunk at the table
