game been disconnected halfway

Hi readers,
I was playing 2.25 double up games, 2 games at a time, 1 game "disconnects" and the other is still playing, i was chip leader in the disconnected game with 5 players remaining, this had happend in my previous 2 games.
So i ended up losing 3 games, which effected my online stats. I complained to sky the 1st time it happend and accepted things can go wrong at times, they gave me my buy in back. got told to delete my CATCHE cookies etc and upgrade my adobie.. all was done. Then it happend again next game.
My point is that even though i got my buy in back, its not enough! My online record now looks worse than it should be and those 3 games could have been won meaning i would have been £ up.
