Funny play by bb. He really should reraise and as that would be more than a third of his stack then he should shove. Particularly with two well-stacked players to act. Anyway that didn't happen.
Flop comes dry. You get TPTK and get about 2.5 to 1 pot odds to call with another player to act. If he has Tx great but unlikely. Possibly 99, 44 but more likely overpair though he should have 3-bet so has muddied the waters. In fact it appears more likely that it would be 99 or 44 because higher pprs should have shoved.

I don't think it makes much difference as your equity versus his range in pot is surely greater than 27% so its a call imo. Weird though as i think he should have shoved here. You still have 20% as it stands here so call is fine. Also he can't take you out of T.
PS I think i'd have shoved to push other player off though not sure if that's correct play. Better players will add to this for that point.
PPS The other person in the pot is a bit bothersome but with TPTK then i feel you've got to call.
