Problem with Download Client

Client not loading up?? Getting to "Loading CM menu" then freezing, have rebooted pc to no avail. Help please.

    Try uninstalling the client and adobe air from add/remove programs. Reboot your PC and reinstall both.

    this problem normally comes from a sky poker process not closing down, so when you try and start skypoker again it fails at the menu loading window.

    to not have to resinstall/reboot close the loading menu, open task manager move to the 2nd tab - processes and find skypoker and end it, then reopen skypoker and it should load instantly as usual.
