I wouldn't be surprised if he didn't have 44 or 22 tbh as with two in pot you are getting 6 to 1 to hit an 8 to 1 shot with implied odds this is fine for 44 or 22imo but 15 outs should never be taken unless consideration of opponent to reimprove is considered.
Priced out? Not with or shove or you could still have implied odds. Maybe his stack size considering his bet is a clue but we don't have that. All things considered as stood a jam is preferred as you may have fold equity but again that depends on what he has left.
Your 18 BB's pof and the number of winning outs 9 for sure (plus other outs in different circumstances) are your reasons for a shove and it givesyou TWO ways to wina tasty pot....
